Di Giorgio’s mature Pinot Noir vineyard produces excellent quality fruit with naturally soft acidity. Early harvesting preserves pristine fruit characters and produces a base wine with lovely varietal characteristics and structure. Bright salmon pink, with pale apricot tones, this has a very fine and persistent mousse. The nose is full of ripe strawberry and bramble fruit aromas supported by freshly baked bread characters. Palate flavours are of strawberries and cream, balanced with a lively citrus and overlayed with yeast flavours the length of the palate. The structure is round and soft with a crisp, clean finish.
