This Chardonnay is grown on vineyards that surround the DiGiorgio family home. Made to capture the delicate melon and tropical aromas of the grape, just a little French oak handling was added for texture. It was bottled early to preserve the varietal character. This is a fresh and vibrant style of Chardonnay with lifted aromatics. Fresh kiwi and honeydew melon play across a lively and fresh palate with balanced flavour and acidity.
