Designed to partner with food, specifically those light, salty flavours associated with tapas, this is an easy-drinking style of Tempranillo. It was fermented and aged in older barrels (French hogsheads for 12 months) to ensure a velvety texture and uncluttered varietal flavour. Oak sits in the background while ripe red berries layer a palate offset by savoury notes and lashings of chocolate.
