DiGiorgio’s Coonawarra Cabernet Franc vines are here allowed to play solo. The wine has been made to be an easy-drinking, fruit-driven style, with minimal oak treatment (three months in older French oak). An alluring bouquet of cherries and ripe currants is balanced with clean savoury notes. The palate is bursting with fresh red fruits and spice across a medium-weighted palate.
