Menabrea is the oldest continuously producing brewery in Italy, active since 1846 in the north of Piemonte at Biella. This is a lager style, produced by bottom fermentation with barley malt, maize and hops. The best raw materials, a long maturation and the pure, light water from the Biella Alps give this beer a full and refined taste. It is well-balanced with a notable floral/fruity aroma thanks to the selected yeasts used in the brewing process.
