Digiorgio’s entry sparkling is made with a predominance of Pinot Noir and only about 15% Chardonnay, to be soft and eminently drinkable with that classic strawberries-and-cream character, and a touch of blush in the glass. There’s plenty of fruit character here, so although it will work as an aperitif, this also contrasts beautifully with fruit-based desserts. Also available in piccolos.
