This Bianco is 100% Garganega, the grape of Soave. The grapes were allowed to dry for a short time after harvest. After pressing, the must was also rested on the skins for 12 hours to further enhance the complexity and structure in the juice. Vinification was in stainless steel, and there was a partial maturation in French oak.

Unlike most Soave wines, this is a richer, more textural style, yet retains all those forward, peach and tropical aromatics the variety is famed for. Intense, full of stone fruit flavours, buttery and silky yet refreshing with a lingering finish, this has the intensity to match a wide variety of dishes, even strong cheeses and spicy food.
