This is a blend of Valpolicella Superiore grapes Corvina, Rondinella, Corvinone and Negrara. After the primary fermentation, the wine remains in stainless steel for several months before a refermentation with the used skins of Amarone, which further develops structure and aromas. Short oak maturation occurred after this in various capacities and ages.

A wine with an intense ruby red colour, with decisive aromas of cherry, wild berries and hints of toasty characters, this is rich, warm and soft on the palate. Smoky notes and velvety tannins envelop the tongue, providing excellent weight and texture.
