Pasqua’s ‘Party Like an Italian’ Prosecco is from the hilly Treviso province in northern Veneto. These inland and higher-altitude vineyards produce grapes with higher natural acidity and more complex flavours than the lower lying areas, and therefore the quality is always lifted above many a DOC Prosecco. This is 100% Glera, made in the traditional Charmat method used in the region. It’s a drier style, sitting just on the border of Brut and Extra Dry, designed to sit on the fence between versatile and complex, with an intensely fruity nose and tangy length.
