The Venezie DOC encircles the lowlands of Veneto, the hills of Friuli-Venezie Giulia and the mountains of Trento. The variety of landscape allows a well-established wine operation like Pasqua to compose a beautifully balanced Pinot Grigio that doesn’t break the bank. Known for vibrant pear, pineapple, acacia blossom and mountain herbs, it’s one of the more approachable regions for an entry Pinot G. Pasqua uses select yeasts and controlled cool fermentation in stainless steel to ensure none of this regional vibrancy is lost, giving us a fresh, varietally relevant and delicious version of the grape.
