Pasqua’s rosé is from the Taranto and Brindisi areas of Puglia. The blend is 60% Primitivo, Puglia’s hero grape, partnered with 40% Sangiovese for a balance of berry and savoury character. All Pasqua’s rosato wines are all made with minimal skin contact, which not only produces the barely-there-blush colour, but keeps the flavours primary-fruit-driven and the mouthfeel light and bright. This is a dry rosé style with light body and a very drinkable sweet-and-sour cherry personality. It’s best served with starters, pasta dishes, baked fish or white meat
