This is a blend of native Veneto grapes Corvina (50%) and Trebbiano di Lugana (25%), with Syrah (15%) and Carmenère (10%). Each variety is chosen for its vital piece in the framework, and all fruit is sourced from high quality vineyards around Lake Garda. The wine is named for the amount of time it spends on skins to bleed the pale colour into the juice, which is then subsequently processed with the upmost care and attention to ensure the wine is delicate, perfumed, fresh and balanced.

“Delicate, bright salmon pink colour. Fresh aromas at the start. Light red fresh fruits such as raspberries and strawberries on the nose, slightly lactic notes. Dry on the palate, with a light mouthfeel. The flavours of the nose are reflected on the palate” 91 points, Falstaff

“Onion skin in colour. Aromas of strawberry, citrus, florals and spice. Soft, red fruited, creamy, textured and long. Decent drinking.” Recommended, Aaron Brasher, The Real Review
