This is sourced from estate-grown vineyards in McLaren Vale, where the Italian variety has adapted exceptionally well to the region’s Mediterranean climate. Crafted to retain Nebbiolo’s distinctive varietal character while remaining approachable in its youth, the wine emphasises lifted aromatics, vibrant fruit expression and the variety’s hallmark tannin structure. Medium-bodied and food-friendly, it offers a contemporary Australian interpretation of Nebbiolo while remaining true to its Italian heritage.

Aromatic and expressive, the wine opens with lifted notes of dark cherry, red berry fruits, rhubarb, dried herbs and exotic spice. The palate is medium-bodied and finely structured, showing flavours of sour cherry, raspberry and red plum, supported by savoury nuances and Nebbiolo’s characteristic dry tannins. Bright acidity and a firm, textured finish provide freshness, length and versatility at the table.
