Howard Park’s Flint Rock Shiraz is sourced from the cool-climate Great Southern subregions of Frankland River and Mount Barker, where Shiraz develops a distinctive combination of dark fruit intensity, savoury spice and natural structure. Crafted using traditional winemaking techniques and matured in French oak, the wine consistently balances ripe blackberry, plum and cherry fruit with notes of pepper, earth, liquorice and cocoa, supported by fine tannins, fresh acidity and mineral character.

“A thoroughly beautiful wine from this sensational vintage. Bursts from the glass with perfumed notes of slightly spicy and peppery cherry notes. The supple palate is well structured with fine tannins and neatly laced oak holding the sweet and succulent medium-weight fruit. It’s bright, brilliant and screams to be drunk over the next few years.” 94 Points, Ray Jordan, Wine Pilot
