The Flint Rock Pinot Noir is an annual selection from individual vineyard blocks of Howard Park’s Mount Barker vineyards. Fruit from select parcels are hand-picked and sorted. Vinification sees varying degrees of cold soaks and whole-bunch employed, and maturation is in a combination of stainless tanks and older French oak for around 6-8 months.
