The Friends and Lovers rosé is made from 100% certified organic Sangiovese grown on young vines in the Willunga foothills. The fruit undergoes just two hours of skin contact before pressings are blended back in for subtle texture, followed by a slow, cool fermentation that preserves its vibrant salmon colour and fresh aromatics. It’s fermented as dry as can be, but intentions are always to keep the fruit perfumed, forward and inviting.

2026’s long ripening period provided an ideal balance of steady maturation and crisp natural acidity. Highly perfumed with aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, and rose petal, the palate offers an elegant, dry profile (less than .5 g/L sugar) with silkiness and lingering varietal cherry notes.
