Fruit for this wine was hand selected from several blocks on Stefani’s single-site Belaradah vineyard. A spectacular year for Yarra Valley Chardonnay, the quality of the fruit allowed for fermentation in large-format French oak, and the wine remained on its fine lees for 9 months to build texture and complexity.

Light straw in colour, this bright and vibrant Chardonnay has notes of white peach, lemon blossom and chamomile backed by some biscuity complexity and balanced acidity.
