The View Pinot Noir is sourced from the Stefani family’s single-estate vineyard in the Yarra Valley, originally planted in 1998. The wine is crafted to showcase the elegance, purity and perfume that define cool-climate Yarra Valley Pinot Noir while expressing the unique character of the elevated vineyard site. Fruit is carefully selected and handled with a gentle winemaking approach to preserve aromatics and texture. The wine incorporates approximately 20% whole berries and 10% whole bunches, adding complexity, fragrance and structural detail. Fermentation and maturation are conducted in stainless steel, allowing the fruit profile and vineyard expression to remain the focus rather than oak influence.
