Tscharke Girl Talk

Predominantly Savagnin (~90%) with the balance a blend of Albariño and Grenache Blanc, fruit is picked separately from the Stone Well and Gnadenfrei vineyards. Fermentation is slow and cool, aiming for retention of delicate aromatics. The blend is composed once fermentation was complete, then aged for around five months on lees in tank before filtering and bottling.

2024

A drier end to the ripening season has upped the intensity this year. Bright citrus and stone fruits join this wine’s trademark wild flower aromas. It’s fresh and zippy on the palate, packed with juicy citrus and a touch of tropical fruit, wrapped up with minerality and just enough texture.

2023

This is a fresh and lively wine white with an explosion of citrus, tropical and floral aromatics. The tension of zesty acidity and the intensity of primary characters find a perfect synergy with mineral and herbal notes.
