Predominantly Savagnin (~90%) with the balance a blend of Albariño and Grenache Blanc, fruit is picked separately from the Stone Well and Gnadenfrei vineyards. Fermentation is slow and cool, aiming for retention of delicate aromatics. The blend is composed once fermentation was complete, then aged for around five months on lees in tank before filtering and bottling.

100% Savagnin. The bouquet bursts from the glass with notes of citrus blossom, nectarine, passionfruit and wild field flowers, underpinned by a distinctive chalky minerality and subtle saline complexity. On the palate, juicy citrus fruits drive a fresh and energetic opening before a vibrant tropical fruit core. Bright, zesty acidity is balanced with a fine textural element, finishing long with mineral, herbal and saline nuances.
