Spicy, ripe and red-fruit-driven Shiraz from south eastern Australia joins premium,
structured Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon in this rich yet delicately textured
sparkling red. Bright raspberry and blackberry aromas are backed by touches of dark
chocolate and spice, which persist onto a palate that is intense but balanced in weight.
The flavour-ripeness and complexity of the fruit has allowed secondary fermentation to
proceed almost to dryness, but there’s just a lick of residual in there to keep this
tasting like the sparkling reds Australians know and love.
