Camus VSOP is distinguished by the intensity of its floral notes of white flowers and citrus blossom. Grapes were entirely from the family estate parcels, with a very high proportion from the Borderies Cru. Camus’s patented distillation technique maximizing esters and minimizing higher alcohols content was used. The very high level of terpenols make this the most intensely floral Cognac across the whole VSOP category, partnering delicate flavours with bold aromatics, while the lavish fruity notes are accompanied by accents of vanilla and spice.
