Hand selected grapes from Pisa sub-region were 100% destemmed and fermented in barrel. Maturation was for 6 months in two- and three-year-old French oak.
Boldly aromatic, this exhibits a classic Otago flavours of dark cherry and blackberry fruit offset with spice and floral notes. The palate has the region’s signature plushness and silky elegance, with fine tannins and a long, persistent finish.

“Beautifully fruited and inviting, the wine shows dark plum, floral, clove, and toasted almond characters. The palate delivers succulent fruit intensity with spicy nuances, well supported by silky texture and polished tannins, finishing harmonious and flavoursome.” 93 points, Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
“Medium ruby-red with a purple core, even colour throughout. The nose is gently full, with aromas of fresh cherry, blackberry, thyme and cinnamon. Medium-full bodied, aromas of blackberry, black cherry, entwined with thyme, black pepper and cinnamon. The fruit is forward and dark-toned, lightly structured by dusty tannin and contributes subtle spice complexity. Youthful and ready to drink, with a typical Central Otago Pinot Noir expression.” 18/20 Raymond Chan Wine Reviews
