All wines by Nevis Bluff are selected from the single L’Attitude vineyard, situated in the Pisa sub region of Central Otago, but this is parcel and barrel-selected to exhibit the deeper herb, spice and bramble characters peculiar to this site. Hand-selected grapes were picked between in early April, 100% destemmed and vinified in barrel. Maturation was in French oak (28% new) for 10 months.
