The Berici region is a series of rolling hills between Vicenza and Verona, in the foothills of the Dolomites. It’s rocky (volcanic with a predominance of limestone and marl) and temperate, protected by the mountains and mitigated by the effect of the Adriatic sea. The project involves several small growers applying similar strict regimes to their vineyards, a collaboration that has existed for over 20 years. The 2021 Pinot Grigio was harvested off low-yielding blocks and winemaking was handled very gently to ensure the varietal grape characters are displayed in their purest form.
2021
Brilliant in colour, this has intense ripe fruit aromas and lifted herbal aromatic notes, gentle and soft in the mouth, it finishes refreshing and elegant.
