Alpi Retiche Bianco IGT is a distinctive alpine white produced entirely from Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca). Sourced from south-facing terraced vineyards in the Rhaetian Alps (typically 350–600m altitude), the grapes are gently pressed with immediate separation from skins to avoid colour extraction, followed by fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. The wine is aged on fine lees for a short period to enhance texture and aromatic depth. This approach emphasises freshness, minerality and precision, resulting in a light-bodied yet characterful wine that reflects both the grape’s structure and the alpine terroir, just in a different colour!

Pale straw yellow with light golden reflections, the wine opens with delicate aromas of citrus and white-fleshed fruit, supported by subtle notes of toasted bread and honey. On the palate it is dry, fresh and finely balanced, with bright acidity and a clean, mineral-driven finish that reflects its mountain origin. The overall profile is crisp and elegant, offering a refreshing yet textural expression of Nebbiolo in an unexpected white format.
