Kettmeir’s Pinot Grigio growers are mainly situated on the lower hillsides of the Val d’Adige and Oltradige, where the skeletal soils have a predominance of limestone and a balance of clay, a soil type which helps contribute both minerality and generosity to Pinot Grigio grapes. Grapes were hand-harvested at full ripeness and underwent a very soft pressing regime to ensure a bright, straw colour was retained. Lees aging has further contributed texture the opulent source fruit.

It’s a heady and dynamic example of Pinot Grigio, with elements of white-fleshed fruits, floral and tropical notes partnering lashings of minerality and savoury tang.
