This rosé blend brings together 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Nero. A cold maceration precedes very gentle pressing, cold settling, and a stainless‑steel fermentation. A partial malolactic fermentation and maturation for 7 months in steel and barriques, precedes secondary fermentation in bottle and 24–30 months on lees.
The wine is tinged a bright coral‑pink hue and presents with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose leads with wild berries, fresh rose petals, apple and subtle tropical fruit, creating a lively and expressive aromatic profile. The palate is structured, crisp and energetic, with a tangy, upbeat feel and a long, well‑balanced finish. Its a brut style (5 g/L residual sugar).
