A small batch release drawn mainly from estate Cabernet Sauvignon located in the heart of Watervale, this release is a punchy, youthful style of Cab Sauv. Bright primary fruit shines up front – it’s full of berries spice and all things nice, then 100% French oak brings cedar, cocoa and a gentle toast that frames the fruit rather than leads it. The nose hums with poise and promise — dark, elegant and quietly electric.
