A hot and dry vintage throughout both the Clare Valley and the Adelaide Hills, the fruit shines with an intense quality. This is a classic iteration of Pinot Gris, both parcels were fermented separate and blended to show the qualities of both regions. The palate displays the beautiful fresh acidity of Adelaide Hills Pinot Gris with the fruit forward Clare Valley rounding out the middle palate with pear, and golden delicious apple vibes. The fruit is backed by lovely textures with notes of almond meal and hints of tarragon and sage.

“A delicious Pinot Gris, which is an even split between the Clare valley and Adelaide Hills for fruit. The two parcels were fermented discretely and then blended before bottling. Straw with a hint of bronze, the nose is all crisp nashi pears, minerals, florals, green apples and a hint of gunflint. A seductive texture, the wine has balance and good length. For enjoying over the next four to six years. “ 92 points, Ken Gargett, Wine Pilot
“Delightfully fruited and inviting, the bouquet shows rockmelon, Nashi pear, red apple, and floral aromas. It’s equally appealing in the mouth, delivering succulent fruit intensity with elegant texture and bright acidity, making it charming and immediately drinkable.” 93 points, Wine Orbit
