This Pinot Bianco is sourced from several growers across hillsides in Oltradige ranging from 400 to 600 metres above sea level. The vines are planted at different densities and trellised both in the traditional pergola fashion and in the guyot method. Grapes were pressed very gently and fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. Lees aging was employed for several months.

Partnering aromatics and texture, this is a lifted, floral wine with notes of wisteria and green apple. The palate is dry with excellent acidity and a delicate but persistent minerality.
