Villa Prato Grappa Bianca is produced by the renowned Distillerie Berta in Piedmont and represents a careful selection of premium grappas from recent distillation campaigns. The range takes its name from Villa Prato, the historic residence in Mombaruzzo acquired and restored by the Berta family, preserving its architectural and cultural heritage.
Crafted from selected Piedmontese grape pomace sourced from prestigious vineyards, the grappa is distilled to preserve freshness, aromatic purity and varietal character. Bottled at approximately 40–41% ABV, Villa Prato Bianca is the unaged expression of the range, designed to highlight the elegance and vibrancy of the distillate without oak influence.
Crystal clear and bright in appearance, Villa Prato Grappa Bianca opens with lifted aromas of fresh flowers, herbs and delicate balsamic notes. Further complexity emerges through hints of ripe cherry, juniper and subtle woodland nuances. The palate is remarkably soft and smooth for a young grappa, offering flavours of cherry, light spice and aromatic herbs balanced by freshness and purity. The finish is long, elegant and complex, with lingering notes of fruit and juniper supported by a gentle warmth.
