2025 was a drought year in the Adelaide Hills, and while some varieties struggled, Pinot Grigio thrived under the stress, producing intensely concentrated fruit with a delicate pear-blossom character. A subtle touch of oak adds breadth and hints of toasted wafer. A lovely cool-climate citrus pithiness creates a palate that seesaws between vibrant fruit freshness and elegant texture.
