A certified organic wine, this comes from a particular parcel of chalky clay on the Montefalcione vineyard. Very low yields, cool ferment and meticulously gentle handling make for a deep and complex version of Fiano. A veritable fruit salad of aromas, this is the kind of Fiano that brought the variety to the world stage. Ripe pear, stone fruit and citrus are layered with wild flowers and almonds, while medium body is balanced with lip-smacking salinity.

“Intense and fruity nose of ripe pears, fresh apples, orange blossoms and white peaches. Light-bodied, it displays a silky texture and long, refreshing acidity, with an almost salty finish. “ 92 points, James Suckling
