Made in the Trentino Alto Adige region to the north of the Prosecco DOC, this is 100% Chardonnay from the mountainous areas of the Cembra Valley. Harvested exclusively by hand, grapes were vinified with partial cold maceration and gentle pressing to preserve the purity and freshness of the aromas. Bellussi’s signature lengthy Charmat method fermentation process lasting from 180 to 270 days was utilised, providing a wine with fine and persistent perlage.
In the glass, it displays a bright straw color with golden highlights. The nose gives forth hints of white-fleshed fruit accompanied by citrus and delicate florals. Extra brut and bracingly dry, it’s structured on the palate, with a persistent finish enriched by a fine, creamy bubble.
