For MadFish founder, Jeff Burch, it was the incredible surf and gorgeous coastline that first drew him to the South West.  The stunning surroundings paired with the accompanying laidback lifestyle is what inspired the Burch family when first launching MadFish wines. Over the years, the dedicated winery and vineyard teams have taken this vision and made it into a reality by producing wines of place as well as easy enjoyability. 

Since 1992, MadFish has been producing an exciting range of contemporary, cool climate wines inspired by the wild, coastal and pure characteristics of Australia’s South West. Ranging from a vibrant Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot to a sweet Moscato, the flavour of the fruit is the primary focus.
