Totino Wines has been crafting premium, European-inspired wines in the Adelaide Hills since 1998, when Don Totino transformed a neglected vineyard in Paracombe into a thriving estate. Today, Totino spans over 100 acres, with 80 acres of hand-tended vines producing standout varietals like Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay.
With deep Italian roots and a passion for blending cultures, Don and his family are hands-on in every step from pruning to picking. Their vineyard sits at 420 metres altitude on an ancient plateau with soils over 1.7 billion years old—some of the oldest on Earth. These lean, mineral-rich soils combined with Paracombe’s cool climate, and dramatic day-night temperature shifts, create ideal conditions for vibrant acidity, elegant tannins and layered complexity in both reds and whites
Totino’s commitment to sustainability runs deep. Organic fertilisers, captured rainwater, and a thriving ecosystem (home to kangaroos and koalas) support healthy vines and flavour-filled wines. The group also gives back, supporting charities like Foundation 21, Dream Ride, Variety the Children’s Charity, and bushfire relief efforts.
