Sir Paz is the highest single estate in Yarra Ranges, a boutique-sized operation with 30 acres of vineyards averaging around 290m altitude on the nutrient-rich, red volcanic soils of the Upper Yarra. We’re very proud to be adding this cool climate producer to the portfolio, and are already fast friends with the close-knit estate team led by Peter Zapris. We’re also dying to take some of our local customers out to the spectacular estate with views for miles and an award-winning restaurant with 100% wood-fired kitchen. In particular look to the range for the refined and classic Upper Yarra Chardonnay, a winter themed Rosé and the Shiraz (which has just a touch of Viognier).
