Due to an increase in production demands, we are currently seeking reliable and motivated Casual Production Workers to join our Kyneton team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily production activities across our facility.

This role suits individuals who bring enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a positive, team-focused attitude. Immediate start available.

Working Hours
Flexible shifts available Monday to Friday between 3:00pm – 11:00pm.

About You

  • Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid forklift licence is highly preferred
  • Must have valid Australian working rights or visa authorisation

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure the efficient manufacture, packaging, and quality control of our beverage products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor production and packaging machinery.

  • Set up equipment and perform changeovers as required.

  • Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance requirements.

  • Maintain accurate production records.

  • Follow all workplace health, safety, and food safety procedures.

  • Keep work areas clean and organised.

Skills and Experience
  • Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Experience in the beverage and food is advantageous.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
