An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Wholesale business for a full-time professional who is highly motivated, experienced, and knowledgeable in alcoholic beverages.

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team, focusing on servicing and growing our client base across the Melbourne CBD, Carlton, and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Performing are regular call cycle (physical calls, and electronic communication) with customer accounts within the sales territory, including developing and managing the accounts
  • Managing and growing the existing customer base through developing positive relationships, understanding the customer profile and providing tailored product offerings based on their needs
  • Using your existing network to achieve budgeted sales targets, and continued growth above industry performance
  • Developing, supporting and implementing innovative sales strategies based on growing long-term relationships
  • Working collaboratively with fellow Sales Area Managers to share brand and product knowledge, drive sales growth and retain customer accounts
  • Working collaboratively with the Production and Warehouse departments regarding customer deliveries, as required
  • Provide regular reporting (using standard templates) on call visits and sales outcomes

An opportunity has arisen within our Wholesale business for a full-time professional, who is highly motivated, experienced and knowledgeable in alcoholic beverages to join our team. The role will be focussed on managing and growing our business, developing opportunities on- and off-premise.

The position will report directly to the National Sales Manager. Ideally you are located in Metropolitan Melbourne.

What we are looking for:

  • A goal-driven, professional approach with a strong ability to develop new and existing relationships with multiple accounts in a strategic manner.
  • Exceptional communication skills and personal presentation.
  • A good understanding of the liquor industry, ideally through previous experience in sales and with a sound knowledge across all liquor categories.
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a broader team – a better-together approach.
  • A motivated and confident work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude that demonstrates initiative and thinking outside the square.
  • The ability to take ownership of allocated work tasks and deadlines, with attention to detail.

We are seeking an experienced self-motivated leader with a hands-on approach and a passion for driving team performance in a fast-paced production environment. An individual who will be committed to our afternoon shift operations, delivering high-quality products efficiently and safely.

As the Production Team Leader you’ll be responsible for overseeing production activities, managing a team of operators ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive work environment and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment

We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Driver for our Afternoon shift to join our busy Production Team at our Kyneton site. 

You must have a valid forklift licence and relevant experience, plus exceptional attention to detail and a sound understanding of warehousing operations in both dry and finished goods areas.

The role will involve:

  • supporting and working along side a fast paced bottling line during production
  • loading and unloading shipping containers and trucks, shifting loads, warehousing, pallet wrapping including completing associated paperwork
