Italian méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine from Piemonte’s boutique sparkling DOCG, this is a Pinot/Chardonnay blend matured for 30 months on lees. It’s a stone fruit and citrus-styled wine with beautiful breadiness and minerality.

Bellussi Blanc de Blancs 

A divergence for style and region, this 100% Chardonnay from the Cembra Valley (Trentino Alto Adige) is produced in the meticulous, slow Charmat method of Francesco Adami. It’s a remarkably pure and ultra dry (3 g/L) bottling, perfect for seasonal aperitif drinking. 

Donna Gloria Prosecco DOC 

 Authentic Italian provenance at a King Valley price, we’ve just taken on this Prosecco from the Piccini 1882 stable. A forward and slightly fruity Extra-Dry DOC, it has an LUC which hits that sweet spot for house pours, spritz ingredient and floor stack for summer.
