OPEN Positions

To involves but is not limited to:

  • Managing accounts payable function and assisting in receivable & banking processes
  • Ensuring all invoices are processed and paid within agreed terms in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly AP payment forecasts
  • Supervise an accounts payable team member and assist in data entry
  • Reconciliations of supplier/creditor statement balances and resolve any issues that arise
  • Ensure integrity in master data setup of suppliers and customers
  • Ensure all month end task are completed within specified timeframes (payments, contra’s, AP rollover, etc)
  • Reconciliation of specified GL accounts and actioning any discrepancies on a monthly basis
  • Prepare & complete export documentation, contact shipping agents and Chinese customers
  • Other adhoc task as required

 

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable Manager, team leader or supervisor role
  • 1+ years of experience preferred in export documentation processing
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin language (both written & verbal) required to support Export division
  • Certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping qualification preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, etc)
  • Experience in Accounting software for Accounts Payable
  • Demonstrated excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills

Preston, Melbourne VIC

Drinks Export, Wholesale and Manufacturing

Full Time

To involves but is not limited to:

  • reporting to the production manager and supervisors
  • working on the filling line and labeller
  • cleaning, changeovers, stoppages and 5S duties
  • ensuring all filling machinery and labeller is running smoothly and that the line start up and end of run tasks are complete
  • performing adjustments and changes to production equipment as required
  • maintaining batch documentation
  • following regulations and SOP’s to GMP standards
  • maintaining safety

 

To be successful in this role you have:

  • previous experience as a Machine Operator in the Food and/or Beverage Industry
  • strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot on machines
  • well developed organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • great communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team
  • current fork lift licence is desired, but not essential
  • experience in a GMP, FMCG environment
  • HACCP knowledge
