This is a fast-paced, repetitive, labour intensive position and will involve maintaining the cleanliness of our workplace, general labouring and process work. Duties may include loading and unloading tools or raw material, assembling, picking, packing and cleaning.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you are primarily responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations .We require an individual who has enthusiasm, a positive attitude and you are not afraid to get your hands dirty.

As a Cellar Hand/Blender you will play a crucial role in the production of wine and other beverages by assisting the Manufacturing Manager and team in cellar operations and blending processes. This hands-on position involves working closely with the production team to ensure quality and efficiency.

You will need:

  • Previous experience in a cellar hand, blending, or winemaking role is an advantage.
  • Forklift certification.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks 
  • Flexible and willing to work extended hours during peak periods.
